Eight-week Mindfulness–Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program introduces you to mindfulness practice in the form of sitting meditation, body awareness, and mindful movement.

This intensive training will empower participants to take an active role in the management of their health and wellness.

  • Classes meet weekly for 2.5 hours on Wednesdays from 5:15 pm to 7:45 pm — September 12th - November 7th, 2018
  • One all-day session will take place on Saturday, October 20th, 2018 from 9 am to 4 pm
  • Participants are asked to practice mindfulness meditation and/or mindful movement for 30-45 minutes a day with instructional audios

An intensive teacher-participant relationship helps the participant integrate the teaching into her or his specific life situation—making the practice unique to each individual.
